Do you redesign existing websites?
We most certainly do, however we approach redesigns carefully to ensure the project is an overall success from an ROI standpoint.

What does web support and maintenance include?
Our packages all include weekly updating, content and image editing, small design changes, color adjustments, to name a few. The technical aspects include weekly backups, performance optimization, on-site search optimization, content delivery network (CDN), and website and server caching.

Can you help me rank high in Google?

Can you help with my social media?
We do not. We specialize in websites and website care and we’ve been keen to avoid becoming a “jack of all…” agency (ie: freelancer). If you’re after one of those, we’re not for you!
How much does a website cost?

There are no other fees unless you choose to take hosting elsewhere. Other than that, we always make sure we’re crystal clear from the get-go, so you know exactly where you stand.
What happens to the copyright of my website if I move to another agency?
All intellectual property (IP) rights belong to the client. If you decide to move midway through your term, no hard feelings, we get it!
What are the payment terms for the design and development of my website?
Payments are paid in advance, before development begins. There is no obligation to request a quote and discuss your options. Additional provisions can be made upon certain circumstances or when a website project exceeds USD$5000.
What is WordPress?
WordPress is a free platform on which website designers and developers like us build websites. It provides all the flexibility and functionality we need so you’re easily able to keep your site up to date with new content. We love it, as do millions of business owners. We use it for all the different websites we create, from small business websites to ecommerce sites.
Can you convert my existing website into WordPress?
We sure can!! We can migrate your website to WordPress although we cannot guaranty a pixel-by-pixel copy of your old site. However, we can almost guaranty it will be better than it was 😉
If WordPress is free, why do I pay for your services?
WordPress is free to use as an open-source platform and requires some coding knowledge and server experience. We charge you for design and development services but once your site is finished, you don’t have to pay any ongoing costs for using the platform itself.
How long does it take to see results from SEO?
Google has personally answered this one for you. They say that in most cases SEO can take between 4 months to a year to help your business first implement improvements and then see potential benefit.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is required to get your website online. It is the space that you ‘rent’ which houses your web files and allows users to access your site and the information contained on it.
Can I purchase my own domain?
We provide one domain free with all service plans. If you already have your domain, you can change the name servers to ours:
